do them seperatly, the opk extracts those files anyways so there is not much point in using the opk.
here's the info in the english version of combined opk
opk.inf said:
Signature="$Chicago$"
AdvancedINF=2.5, "You need a newer version of Advpack.dll."
[DefaultInstall]
RequiredEngine=setupapi
RunPreSetupCommands=run.presetup
AddReg=reg.eula
[SourceDisksNames]
3786 = "WMP9 OPK Install",,0
[SourceDisksFiles]
[run.presetup]
setup.exe /Q:A /R:N
"mpsetup.exe /Q:A /R:N /c:""setup_wm.exe /Q /R:N /NoPID /DisallowSystemRestore"""
[reg.eula]
HKLM, "Software\Classes\Software\Microsoft\MediaPlayer\Preferences", "AcceptedEULA", 0x00010001, 1
u can also make a sfx archive with zip/rar/etc...

or you don't need to repackage
just put
setup.exe /Q:A /R:N
"mpsetup.exe /Q:A /R:N /c:""setup_wm.exe /Q /R:N /NoPID /DisallowSystemRestore"""
in svcpack.inf

there shouldn't be any quostes in SVCPACK.INF
you could to oem.microsoft.com and signup and download the OPK's from there, and in many different languages.

Could you explain the -ER switch on the hotfixes?
The OPK.INF is irrelevant ... just wanted to make sure you had these entries in SVCPACK.INF, not OPK.INF.
Thanks, wolfdog, though I'm not going to be happy if this all works, and I'm just now learning it ...

If two serial quotes in string means a quote in command.
The last quote is the string end.
--------
You can see C:\Program Files\WindowsUpdate\details.xml
If your WindowsUpdate automatically downloaded some hotfixes ready to install.
Some hotfixes switch have -ER,i don't know what it means.
--------
HMTCDWizard.exe can use in svcpack.inf with /q switch.
All WindowsUpdate program can use in svcpack.inf expect KB817778.
Why it's error message is sysocmgr.exe message?

I mean you should have told me about 6 months ago ...
(817778 does not work, as sysocmgr is, basically, working with a cached copy of SYSOC.INF, and does not see the modifications needed for the Advanced Network Pack until reboot.)
