Just found this interesting article:

Why don't you use Tihiy's Revolution Pack 9? It has a Windows 7 theme, among others.
I have not noticed a decrease in performance while using it. Perhaps the only exception to this would be when I tried Windows XP's default theme, when I had 63MB of RAM...
