"SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2... Keep getting this error code on a windows 7 x64 bit system have tried looking up online what its is and how to fix it but all it brings up is information on Windows Vista
