Help win 7 activation

i used win 7 enterprise 64 bit. i lost product key. i use product key finder softwares, but it find "BBBB..." key (fail).

now, i need fresh reinstall win 7.

help me active win 7.

Belarc Advisor has always helped me when I've forgotten a product key. Once installed, you can find your product keys in the Product Licenses section of the report.
Included is a screenshot of the section (with my licenses blanked, of course...)

all tools fail to read the key if you run slmgr.vbs /cpky to remove the product key.

Well no one here could help you activate. Once you get your product key, you'll have to try to activate online and if that fails call the Activation Center.
