It's really the same as 2003 SP2, not XP.

It does have Windows Welcome (AKA: Mini-Setup, OOBE, Out of Box Experience), but it's most likely disabled by a setting in WinNT.sif. Find the file in AMD64 and delete the line:
UnattendSwitch="Yes"
It could also be:
UnattendSwitch=1
Or it could also have been removed by nLite.

Well, i do use nLite to integrate the service pack 2, but i don't do anything else with it and the file isn't there...(click for print screen)
I used nLite before to integrate SP3 into a XP x86 and that screen was there, and i used the same settings as on this one...how can i make it work?
Thank you for replying.

The following is the system information file that you were saying about, 5eraph. Even though the digital signatures are set to ignore, it keeps bugging me about that too...

EDIT: Please remove your product key from your post, georgik57.
EDIT 2: Remove the following line to avoid the digital signature bug:
NonDriverSigningPolicy=Ignore

Done. What about the post-install screen? Why isn't it still working? The config is correct, right?
Btw, you made the internet explorer 8 add-on for x64? Thanks so much for it! Any new updates or 01/2012 is the latest?

Give me time to try your WinNT.sif file in virtual. I'll get back to you on it.

Tested by me in VirtualBox some minutes ago with the same result. Could that NonDriver... be causing bugs for this too?
PS: I also told you that the file you were asking about, SysSBck.in_, doesn't exist anywhere on the Windows CD, even after SP2 update, so most likely, that is the problem?
