Did you check the file sizes against those on the web site?

(Don't you have some SATA/RAID drivers?)

Sure, here is a nice list that I did with all the sizes:

@Jazz: Well, try the XPCREATION before and after nLite, and I think you will find your answer ...

@All: Please make a new post instead of updating an existing post if you want it to catch my attention. I only look at the posts MSFN shows that I have not yet read.

run GETIE.CMD as usual.
No longer needs to accept the EULA | Next | Choose a folder | Type of system to install on | Next : :)

I hope GreenMachine will add this and update the IE Repacker archive.

Just need some reworks to dynamically replace the full path where you have unzipped the MAKEIE.ZIP with the %PREPDIR% variable in iebatch.txt sections [Custom] and [Download]. Some knowledge of batch scripting needed...

Merci, Bilou (Mon meilleur pot a Bxl s'appele aussi Bilou!)

I did think about doing something like that at one point, but it was not too high on my list. As soon as I manage to get around to it, I will try to integrate it. So, people, test it, post any bugs, and I'll put it in (soon ...).

Thanks again,
A+

As XPCREATE now does this, I am not sure about future support ... In other words, don't hold your breath waiting for a new link ...

@Bilou:

Thanks for the code and information above. I have incorporated that into the latest version of XPCREATE, so that IE updating is now transparent to the XPCREATE user. Good job, and thanks for the help!

So you're telling me xpcreate will now automatically download all the hotfixes?

The test version of XPCREATE will. So far I've built a Win2k Pro and a WinXP Pro disc without any problems.

Yep, should work for you, too!

The reason the links are hard to find, is that I am using temporary URLs, and as I only listed it o the first post, I will only need to change it there later. Those links which I do not remove will get 404 errors ...
