Hi

I tried to do an unattended WINDOWS XP HOME with nLite vs 1.4.9.1 with just one administrator user (Administrator)and at the end make all de users (ex "Frank") as same I do with the original cd xp home sp3.

An error occoured: "in windows xp home there is a limitation that you cannot logon as a built-in Administrator so please add al least one administrator use"

After that Ihave at least 2 users "New user" and "Frank"

How I can modify the nLite ?

i'm sorry for my english

Thanks

Create Frank under nLite, assign a password and create an autologon (one-time) for Frank. As for Administrator, just add a password so you don't get asked to do it during Windows setup.

This way, the first log-in will be an autologon with Frank.

Cheers

I usually load a "Last session_u.ini" with these (working) settings:

[users]

Administrator|||True|Administrators||True|False|True

Guest|||False|Guests||True|False|False

SetupUser|||True|Administrators||False|True|False

then if I keep oobe I usually create a new one and delete "SetupUser" after WinXPhome installation, otherwise I use SetupUser to create other accounts

:rolleyes:

Thank you all for your help.

In the end I do is create a new account with the name of the client (example Frank) before starting windows and then go to accounts delete account "NewUser"

create a new account with the name of the client

You're not supposed to use nLite for installing a clients PC. When installing nLite, it says it's for personal /non commercial use only, and you clicked "I agree". :no:
