Add another bootable ISO to existing boot usb?

as the topic states, i already have a usb boot disk with HBCD, Windows 7 and Windows XP.

I want to know how to add backtrack 5 (linux ISO file) to the list such that i can have the option to boot from that OS

Nobody here will help you with that as you have HBCD in there...
