not sure serialzs.... not much on deutsch myself.. i can barely get by in english most of the time... i would say by the size of the file tho.. that it is not sp2... its probably a bunch of updates (hotfixes) packaged togather or something... who knows..

Here's a rough translation from a web service.
Could be the update CDs pack that M$ is offering free to Windows users but German version.
