Hello.

Does anyone know how one is supposed to find the APN, and PIN, for their modem devices?

I need them to set up my 3G modem to work with my router settings.

Well why didn't I think of that ... except it only has the serial, and part, numbers listed. I've never even heard of these terms prior to attempting to hook it up to the router.

Anyone familiar with them care to comment on what they are?

I won't be contacting the ISP unless absolutely necessary as they'll want to talk shop about my bill's payment plans.

Did you look in the manual for the modem? You didn't post a model.
