Apparently, the CMD is to "insert" it into the Install (?) or maybe "after" install (as one of the post-install scripts?). See this. So, this is semi-irrelevant to the Topic but the Files (these are the 3 cabs I had initiall had in question - thx, ricktendo64) are "necessary" to make a Complete Package usable on all versions XP(2k?)->Win7.
