Hi,
I have a number of PC's on the network. I would like to allow all to be able to update the Date/Time without having to use the Administrator ID/Password.
How can I eliminate the need for an ID or password for this function ?

I assume you tired the above without success in Vista? I no longer run any vista systems so I have no way to check or test.
Alternatively you can open gpedit.msc and browse to the same setting: Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment
As far as I know this is in every NT based OS.
