Unable To Rotate Pics In Outlook 2010 Rate Topic: -----

I have a customer who has Outlook 2010 and Windows 7 Professional and they are unable to rotate pictures they receive in an email. If they download the pictures to their system they are able to rotate them then but if you open them from the email and they open up in Windows Photo Viewer the rotate buttons are greyed out. I've done some research on this issue and it appears to be a known issue with this office and windows combination. Does anyone know a fix for this or are we just stuck?
