win8 test mode

how to enable win8 test mode, in win7 we use bcdedit /set testsigning on/off. how about win8 , i do so, but seems no any difference after run the command.

The syntax has not changed, so the same command should work in Windows 8 as in Windows 7. Try

"bcdedit /set {default} testsigning on"

Feedback to the console should give you a clue about rate of success.

When Test Mode is on, does it say "Test" above "Windows 8" and the build number on the desktop if the OS is not activated?
