DISM.exe /image:C:\AIO\mount /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\AIO\package

DISM.exe /Commit-Wim /MountDir:C:\AIO\mount

DISM.exe /Unmount-Wim /MountDir:C:\AIO\mount /Discard

You can run the script for x86 and x64 and later use ImageX to add both WIMs into a single WIM.
