Hi guys!
Customer came with a virus infected computer....virus is no longer...but I can't install msi? I have remove all traces of a nonworking mcaffee... and can't see anything else that would stop the installation?
Have followed the install advice if having problems...nada....

How do I install this without reinstalling the computer...?

Thanks as always!

Hi again!
One thing I have noticed that I have no idea about is Embasy Security? It is an acer x275 which comes with this installed.....
Just wondering if that is causing problems?
