Aside from being out of place issue, it would not pass certification because of its loading / hooking methods. I could probably create a version which can pass certification, but i see no reason to do it.

Not sure what you changed there mate but I am getting some strange results now with the user pictures when using it with some of my other custom themes, last version was working correctly but now the user picture frame is placed too high, seems there are new properties that override the ones from the theme.
Edit: never mind I figured it out, I see that you changed some of the properties to read from the main style and not the one from the style folder in SIB.

Yes, there are at least three. I just came from the Windows Store and doing a quick search for "Start Menu" returned these three:
Pokki Start Menu, Classic Start Button, StartFinity

Classic Start 8 has been added as well.

Some sort of on the fly preview of the Start Menu when changing the visual style, either in a thumbnail or actually always show the actual Start Menu while in the Start Menu configuration or at least in the Appearance section.
This way it would be easier to spot any and all differences between different visual styles, without hitting Apply and then opening the Start Menu. The differences can be slightly subtle.
All that said, wonderful work on this; it's beautiful and thanks for the combined right-click context menu!

This is just a follow-up from a previous post about NIS 2013 action taken toward startisback.exe upon its download. Today I submitted a "Report a Suspected Erroneous Detection (False Positive)" to Symantec as "a user or potential user of the software" to see if it will be removed from their flagging and automatic deletion and quarantine. Perhaps as the creator, a submission from you might help put startisback in the clear (as far as NIS 2013 is concerned)?
regards,
Laurence

Does Symantec still flag it? I've submitted both 1.0 and 1.1 to whitelist but request was denied, yet treat was no longer detected according to virustotal. I hope with digitally signed 1.2 better i may expect better luck. As for guest Paypal payments, i'm afraid to enable them, since it requires switching to Business account. If you can help me testing guest payments, write me to email please.

probably because I have "System Administrative tools" option set to "Display on all programs and menu and the Start Menu" in StartIsBack Options...
Sorry if this was reported before.
