System Crash BSOD

Windows 2008 R2 server crashed twice in a month. CrashAttached File  CD_analysis.txt (7.5K)
Number of downloads: 5 Dump analysis report generated by WinDBG is attached
I am new to Windows Debugger and not sure what will be next steps to identify and resolve this issue as this is happening on a critical production server.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

It seems to point to ASCServiceCrea process as the cause of the crash dump.
