I haven't been able to find the correct switches for Intellipoint 5.0 for a silent install - i tried the 3 for .msi installer packages mentioned in the Unattended XPCD guide (/qb, /qn, /s /v/qn, /Q:A /R:N) but they didn't seem to work? I tried them in conjuction with "/qx REBOOT=Suppress" as well but still nothing. If anyone has suceeded with a silent install of the Intellipoint software plz share it with us here..............

Also is it possible to try out a silent installation of .msi installers by using the command prompt?

For example: path-to-setup\setup.msi /qn or path-to-setup\setup.msi "/qn REBOOT=Suppress"

i don't know which clever person on earth designed the setup, but it surely isn't the the best one. it launches 1 exe, then the other, then another,
i haven't got to install it silently too... they should fire that programmer right now!

Yeah, I agree - definitely not the best programming effort I've seen I'm not really intersted in the software itself but I would like to have the drivers installed. Is there a way to extract just the drivers from that package so you can use OEMPnPDriversPath?

u can add the drivers but the software won't be installed
the software stuff isn't listed in the inf...
