With the help of the TwoJ pack I downloaded the ESN (Spanish) hotfixes.

I divided it in folders because one normally won't install all the programs (e.g. I actually only install Word).
So for example in my case all I would need to do is put "Office 2003" folder hotfixes and "Word" folder hotfixes in the same folder, put there also the .bat file and double click for installation.

Hope this helps some people as I spent the few last days just for doing this same thing.
