Process Logs

I am working in Server 2008 and need to know how to create a report that shows what processes are running, the cpu and memory usage and a timestamp. I was able to create a report of the cpu usage and memory usage but I'm not able to create a report that has what I am needing. I know that I probably have to create two separate reports which is fine. I just need to know how to get there. Thanks!

Have you looked into Process Explorer? I am not sure if it can create a log file.
