What has happened to Internet Explorer 10 using touchscreen? Drop down menus on just about every site don't work anymore!

Firefox is fine as usual...

does this mean every website is going to have to reprogram their drop down menus For the sake of IE10!!? How stupid is that!!

Sort it out Microsoft!
