Has anyone found a way to install Trend Micro Internet Security 2004 on a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server? When I attempt to install I get the following message:

Quote

An unsupported platform was detected.  Please install the program on Windows XP, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows ME, or Windows 98.

Any assistance would be appriciated!

BTW...Great site!!!

You shouldn't be running client anti-virus applications on a server OS anyway...

Have you tried renaming the windows currentversion in regedit to "Microsoft Windows 2000" or something... then try install. Rename back afterwards obviously.

FthrJACK I've personally tried this method and other methods before and they don't work most of the time because programs' setup checks something different other than the name of OS.
