It might help if you provide the link to the page where that theme link is found, along with the link to the theme itself. The link to the page is important so that we can help you look to see if there are any special instructions and confirm indeed that this is from a MS site. But you should be able to install .themepack files with a simple double-click. See - http://windows7theme...s-7-themes.html.

Cheers and Regards

Which OS are you running? Note it says:

This theme can only be used in Windows 8, Windows RT, and in Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate editions.

Have you modified your OS in any way or is it straight from MS?

Cheers and Regards

If you use Vista, or XP, open it with 7-zip and attach the theme file and the Wallpaper and apply them.

try also Open with, navigate to C:\Windows\System32 and find shell32.dll
be sure that on open with dialog down right on bottom you chose ALL files
as *cough* stupid win7 sets programs only

you will be presented with Windows Shell Common Dll
which opens this themepack

The link you provided is a Sugar and Spice themepack and not Apple..Don't know what all the fuss is about I just installed it on
Windows 7 and Windows 8 and works just fine..If its a MS theme then you don't need a patch, just dbl click and it will auto install..
