i have a user on my computer that spends all his time on game sites, what i want to do is restrict his access to the internet. how would i do this in xp home without using the restricted sites or blocking them on the router. I just wanna disable his internet access.

as long as the user you want to deny is not and administrator you can set the security permissions on iexlpore.exe or any other program for that matter to deny for that user.
It also seems to me that there is security policy available to deny internet or network access, but I don't remember exactly where.
