Hello, everyone! My name is Jay, and I've been lurking on the forum for a few weeks as I began to build a better WinPE and up-to-date Windows 7 installation media. Like many IT folks in the world of small business, I wear a lot of hats. My focus is network and server administration. I also have a full network and Active Directory setup at home. I love to hack, tinker, explore and any of those other verbs that describe what feels like endless curiosity. Right now, my focus is on putting together a 'swiss army' WinPE build.

When the work hours are over, you can find me doing some retrogaming, trying to mod stuff, obsessing about music, volunteering with animal rescue or looking for some good TV and cinema. I've picked back up on my running and weight training schedule, too.

I'm easygoing and hope to contribute some useful stuff to the community. Now, my lunchtime hunger is preventing me from coming up with anything clever, so I guess I'll bounce.
