How do I PIN A TILE to the Taskbar?

Since installing "START IS BACK" I don't seem to have that option when I right click on a Tile.

I tried that program but it does not enable PINNING Windows APPS. I am using START-IS-BACK. I have a WEATHER APP which appears on WINDOWS STARTUP but I am unable to PIN it to my TASKBAR.

OblyTile allows it. :) Using OblyTile, you can create a shortcut to a Metro app on the desktop. Then that shortcut can be pinned to the Taskbar or put anywhere else you want. OblyTile comes with a launcher EXE in C:\Program Files\OblyTile that launches Metro shortcuts by their AppID.
