User Profile Service Error Server 2008 R2

Hello I have been having this problem when I create a user account in Windows Server 2008, when a user log on or another admin they get this message when the log onto a Windows 2007 professional client

Error: User Profile Service

there was a problem with your roaming profile you have been logged on with your previously saved local profile. Please see the event log for details or contact your administrators.


Can anyone help it doesnt happen to all the profiles only some

Anyways, the message says to look in the event log. What shows up in there?

That message is what happens when another admin or a user logs onto windows professional client.
this is message they are getting

Have you verified that these accounts have the correct permissions on the server?
