XPlode 1.02 is going to be a GUI-install release. Essentially, it fixes up the GUI-installation drawing, so it doesn't draw the background. Unfortunately though, because of the way it's set up, no transparencies can be used, otherwise it WILL f*** up. This is because it defaults to having a transparent background of #FF00FF. That colour background + semitransparent items gives pink colours. Which doesn't really work.
So, when I release 1.02, I suggest using either full transparency, or full opacity in GUI install mode.

Just letting you people know what's going on...
As some of you know, I've recently done a complete rewrite of most of the core XPlode code. About the only thing that has NOT been rewritten is the interface.
So I'm going to focus mainly on interface issues for 1.02.
This does not mean I'm going to exclude any other changes, I'll just give preference to UI changes.
Bugfixes will still be acted upon though.
I ask that ALL corresponding changes / requests etc. be put on the bugtracker. As I have gone back to uni, it makes it easier for me to keep track of, and reply to, changes and or additions that may be needed.
So:
One thing to note though, new releases will not be too frequent. I hope that they will be more frequent than what they have been, at least, for 1.00 -> 1.01. But that was stalled by circumstances beyond my control.
I am aiming for weekly releases.
Please, comments only here. Requests, bugs to go to bugtracker.
Wraith.
EDIT:
I may allow free-form transparency... looks like it could be interesting...
