Starting to look like it's been hijacked or they didn't pay their bill(?). Wayback is apparently functioning -

http://web.archive.org/web/20130115143254/http://www.rt7lite.com/

Domain Name Servers are apparently redirecting to the "fishy" website.

Here's some info on that -

http://www.pagesinventory.com/domain/www.rt7lite.com.html

It's a "product" of the Rocker's Team -

http://www.rtwincustomize.net/web/index.php?/forum/234-rockers-team-software-section/

(notice that it's listed as one of the 16 IP addresses in DNS list)

I also note that the last post was on Feb 6, 2013 here -

http://www.rtwincustomize.net/web/index.php?/topic/7400-rt-seven-lite-rc-v170-and-beta-v260/

Other searches on

"www.rt7lite.com" ip

yields some interesting results. The Web Archive of the site claims that it's a Dedicated Server but it appears that may no longer be the case.

That site and the whole project has been dead for like 2-3 years now. It never stops to amaze me people are still trying to go back to it.

You're right TheWalrus, but this program is so simple and elegant I still find it usefull (using some modifications to the autounattend.xml file).

What tool are you using?

This program is not working right and is bugged to HELL in the first place. I only tried using it a few times long time ago, and it was horribly slow at least. It behaved weirdly and the component removal feature didn't work too much.

Over time I learned there was absolutely NO REASON WHATSOEVER to remove parts of Windows 7, you gain absolutely NOTHING, and saving less some GB (if that) on system partition is laughlable these years.

Everything else when it comes to customizing the image I learned to do myself. I am actually glad I couldn't find any software that would do all this right.

But if you insist... There IS a tool which is perfect for the job: http://www.wincert.net/forum/forum/179-win-toolkit/

Not if you're using a small SSD for your system drive...
