Not sure if this is what you want. Here is an example that might help:

c:\folder\dotnetfx40_full_x86_x64.exe /q /norestart

If you run the installer with /? it will give you the FULL list of switches

It should also be stated that Windows XP is not a supported operating system for .NET 4.5.
