Removing Tiles

I'm back with another problem. I'm testing out a new Thinkpad tablet 2 and am running into an issues with the tiles. When I first logged into the system there was tiles for Kindle and Accuweather. I removed those tiles from the account I was in and when i logged into another account on that device those tiles showed up on the new account. How can I permanently remove those tiles from showing up ever again, or am I just stuck? I'm running Windows 8 Pro on this device. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can use DISM to kill the pre-installed apps:
