Help! Windows installer appears everytime when I open Outlook

When I open Outlook 2013, the installer will appear to install 64-bit components.
Does anyone know the cause?

Did you install 64bit Office 2013?

Also, what OS are you running? I found some things helpful for server OS, look at last post here:
