This thread is inspired by pointertovoid's USB functional patches for Win2000 after SP4 and R1, of course!
Only those files related to USB that were actually updated after SP3 are mentioned here. None of these updates is known to cause any issues.

The 1st post was updated on Oct 09, 2013, to reflect the new USB driver updates in MS13-081 (KB2862330, KB2862335, KB2868038 and KB2884256).

This is a trimmed version of the 1st post: the table below lists only the non-superseded updates, all others were have been removed for easier reaference. Only those files related to USB that were actually updated after SP3 are mentioned here. None of these updates is known to cause any issues.

Just for the sake of completeness, I list here some selected Win 2k3 SP2 files relevant for those experimenting with breaking the ~3.2 GiB limit of XP SP3 x86, using PAE:

usbport.sys 5.2.3790.5203 (srv03_sp2_qfe.130720-0956) from KB2862330.
usbhub.sys 5.2.3790.4555 (srv03_sp2_qfe.090718-1230) from KB972659.
