install NET Framework 3.5 via win update

i found links when try to install NET Framework 3.5 via win update but i can't open psf file.any idea?

Where do you want this topic to be moved to?

I am not familiar with PSF (PStream) files either.

the .net 3.5 files are on your ISO/DVD. To install .net 3.5 run this:

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:d:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess



(replace D with your mounted ISO/DVD drive)

I know about this,also sxs folder to big size.
