Hello i followed the guide on this website to change 2k3 to a workstation os and it works great, but i have a problem with outlook express:
when i open it outlook hangs for like a minute and then finally open : how to fix it please !
ps: i have all updates of windows and all drivers installed all is ok
In the system event log i have this error message :
Le serveur {FB7199AB-79BF-11D2-8D94-0000F875C541} ne s'est pas enregistré sur DCOM avant la fin du temps imparti.

translation in english :
the server {FB7199AB-79BF-11D2-8D94-0000F875C541} didnt registered himself on DCOM before the time given

it is a dcom error number 10010
i can't fix it please help me thanks !

Do you use Windows Messenger as well?

Never mind. MSN Messenger is different from Windows Messenger.

yess thank you very much for your help ! i fixed my problem it was windows messenger registry keys from xp before i got 2k3 !
