Easy way to extract all i386 files?

Wanted to extract all the i386 files form a windows cd onto a directory. Anybody know of a smiple command to do so?

What about expand, cabarc or 7-zip?

Someone made me this looooong ago all it does is extract all compressed files in the folder it is in and then deletes the compressed files.

 

No dialog you just run it and wait.

 

(A xp folder takes a while)

Thanks all, was able to use 7 zip to extract some NT 3 files for a customize NT 5 (XP).
