I saw a mention of using the /qn switch for the preconfigured setup on the cd, but didn't know whether it'd work for my custom build or not - I used Packager to make it in managed mode, and silent/no reboot as well.

If you have used Symantec Packager to configure the client package to install silently, there will be no need to use switches on it. Its switchless! :)
