I am transferring files from a Win XP machine to a Win 7 machine with the following columns needed to show up in Windows Explorer.
Name, Subject, Title, Author, Date Modified, File size.
Once they copy to the Win 7 PC the Subject, Title,& Author fields do not display, even though I have the columns set up for them.
I would like to maake this work in Win 7. Any ideas???
Also, If I open a shared folder on my Win XP PC from the Win 7 PC , it will NOT show the above columns, although they show up fine in Windows Explorer in XP.
Does anyone know if one of the Windows Explorer "alternatives" might accomplish this???
