simple unattended help

6 posts in this topic

Hi

Just trying to piece together a very basic answer file that asks for "computer name" & "licence key" and nothing else.

I pieced together this but it error'd all over the shop (not during sysprep but during build) Any tips would be amazing. Thanks

What do you mean, error during build? In WSIM? It would tell you what error you had made.

Why would you specify a default setting? Remove SkipMachineOOBE and SkipRearm.

Validating your answer file in WSIM will help you greatly. For example, SkipUserOOBE is deprecated in Windows 7.
