Can someone send $5-$10 bucks to kelsenellenelvian @ gmail .com as a gift via paypal?

Not through the donation link but as a gift to my name. I want to see if it is true that they don't charge transfer\process fees for gifts.

I bought some books off Craigslist and I could not find the "no fee" option.  Either I pay the fee or the seller pays it.  If they got rid of it then there will be a lot of p***ed off people selling stuff for $5-$10 then have to pay $2-$3 fee.

Ok I got a &5 from bhlpt and there was no fees.

Looking here

Attached File  Capture.PNG   22.33KB   1 downloads

It says under certain conditions money can be sent without charges.

I put 50 and it didn't ask for fees

I went up to a thousand and it didn't add fees

Donator

I get the opposite. It's always charged me for free when sending to friends and family.

Just tried it now...

paypalfee.png

It used to give me an option as to who would pay the fee. Maybe it's still there if I were to click continue.
