How to disable modem noise?

I don't have modem in my pc but i hear modem sound from spaker or headset,i don't know how to disable it.

Are you sure that it hasn't an internal (built-in) modem?

In order for there to be a "modem" sound, there would have to be a modem somewhere, otherwise it is not a "modem" sound.

It might be internal noise. Set the sound lower on the computer (in Windows) and compensate on the speakers and/or the headset if possible.

If you have a cell phone with a sim card, it can cause feedback through a speaker when it reups with the network.
