Slow boot on Windows 8.1

Recently I've been having problems with the boot of Windows 8.1. Here's some information of the boot trace:

post-388350-0-07272800-1392906442_thumb.

As you can see the PreSMSS phase takes way too long - over 96 seconds - and the ExplorerInit phase 17 seconds which I think isn't normal since my system used to take 30 seconds or less to completely boot. Also the duration of the PostExplorerPeriod and TraceTail phases are set to -1. Is this some kind of bug?

Can somebody please help me?

PS: I attached the .xml file with all the information of the boot trace.

the values are -1 if you stopped the trace too early.

PreSMSS is stating all boot relevant drivers. In your case this is slow:

<pnpObject name="PCI\VEN_8086+DEV_1E03+SUBSYS_C652144D+REV_04\3+11583659+0+FA" type="Device" activity="Start" startTime="217" endTime="90419" duration="90202" prePendTime="90202"/>

VEN_8086+DEV_1E03 = Intel SATA controller. Update the driver, please.
