How to burn a Dual Layer image to DVD+DL?

I downloaded an ISO (or set of disc images) that usually come in either .IMG or .ISO format. Instead, these are in a dual layer format. Folder structure consists of a Layer0 and Layer1 folder, and each contain DAT and XML files.

I usually use Imgburn and it doesn't see any of the files as supported types. How do I go about burning this to DVD?

That sounds a lot *like* (but of course with the exteremely vague references/information you provided is just a guess) a DDP2.0 master.

I had found tutorials about how to create a DVD video referencing these types of files.

I found this method which I will try out:

copy /b d:\layer0\image.dat+d:\layer1\image.dat c:\windows\temp\image.iso
