I sent a email to google about this, about a week ago before i checked the application switchs forum. They sent me back a great email about all the switchs to the google toolbar, if anybody wants it ill post it

..

the toolbar to all work stations.

Please note that it is not currently possible to customize or lock the
toolbar options for all users on a network.
