Hi,

Can't get rid of 2 errors coming with almost every restart:

Faulting application name: lpksetup.exe, version: 6.1.7601.17514, time stamp: 0x4ce7a1f7
Faulting module name: msvcrt.dll, version: 7.0.7601.17744, time stamp: 0x4eeb033f
Exception code: 0x40000015
Fault offset: 0x000000000002a84e
Faulting process id: 0xbe8
Faulting application start time: 0x01cfd0297e802f4e
Faulting application path: C:\Windows\system32\lpksetup.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\msvcrt.dll

and

Name resolution for the name www. many sites .ro timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

I lost several days for trying to solve but with no result.

Can you help please?

lpksetup.exe points to language pack setup. Did you try to install a different language and failed?

Regarding the DNS issue, please download and run HiJackThis then post a copy of the log here.

Please read the rules, folks!

The task LPRemove under \Microsoft\Windows\MUI triggers this lpksetup.exe call. You can try to disable this scheduled task if you don't want to move TEMP back to C:\. But moving system folders is often an issue.
