Such old threads, especially if any links involved are now dead, are sometimes deleted during board maintenance, though if the info included was still useful I would hope such threads would be preserved for historical purposes.
Actually there is AFAIK no "intentional" deleting, BUT the stupid board software, at each stupid update, manages *somehow* to "botch" part of the contents, one way or the other.
Usually when this happens someone notices it in a shor ttime and Xper manages to "make a miracle" and fix the issue, it is likely that since those posts were old/not much popular the specific "botching" went unnoticed.
