sdfox7
This is the third Flash Player update in the month of October (27.0.0.159, 27.0.0.170, 27.0.0.183) Is anyone over at Adobe actually testing these updates before they release them? Or are they too busy playing with their fidget spinners?

Because it was a span-bot and randomly selected your signature, describing your very unusual setup, to copy... that gave it away, instead of helping it mingle... Great find! Dave-H
That whole message was just spam? Shows how perceptive I am about that sort of thing! I guess it was just to get you to go to moviesonline.gy?
dencorso
Well, you were perceptive enough to notice the replicate signature quite fast, weren't you? And that trigered my subsequent reaction...

dencorso
Curiouser and curioser!!! However, the default locations (below) yield instead installers signed with SHA256, which are seen as invalid by Win XP SP3. On stripping the signatures from both, the remaining installers are binarily identical. This means adobe is creating installers with both types of signatures, nowadays!!! By default locations I mean those: Internet Explorer ActiveX:http://fpdownload.adobe.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player_ax.exe Mozilla Firefox NPAPI (also for Opera Presto/Google Chrome 44 and earlier): http://fpdownload.adobe.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player.exe Google Chrome 45 through 49 PPAPI:http://fpdownload.adobe.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player_ppapi.exe I didn't, however, find any address yielding the "uninstall_flash_player.exe" signed with SHA1, instead of with SHA256...
