Tripredacus
The profile now has a cover photo option like there are on social media sites like Twitter or Facebook. After playing around, I was able to build a template for my screen resolution which is 1680x1050 on this computer. I do not know how it will look on other resolutions yet, so this might not be of any use. The forum uses a single image to show in 2 sizes. The profile page looks to use 1300x265 while the hover profile uses 436x85. I have made a template to show the used areas for both views. One problem with designing a cover is that you likely do not want to use text. Here is the regular template image that I have as my forum cover photo. http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k63/Tripredacus/news_icons/msfn_cover_zps3rxjmntu.jpg Here is a transparent one that can be used as an overlay for testing out cover photos. http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k63/Tripredacus/news_icons/msfn_cover_transparent_zpsfbgrsrgm.png
Tripredacus
Seeing my own profile (the template image is set as my cover) on different resolutions, it looks like you can't have just 1 image work properly for everything. The hover template portion seems to work fine, but being able to create a single perfect image that works in all views isn't possible with this software.
