Debugging Modified System Files

Any one can help me. Some unknown reason causing bsod with my modified Kernel32.dll.

I wish to debug it . So question how can i shoot out problem with debugger

I'm not really sure what kind of thing you're doing, but the Windows SDKs come with plenty of debugging tools such as WinDbg and KD. https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff551063(v=vs.85).aspx

SoftIce was a popular one way back when, and it's completely invisible to the OS, but it only works with Windows XP and earlier, and Windows 9x.
